Booking Rules

• Please do not book a court unless you've already arranged to play another member, and you should show your partner/opponent's name on your booking (click "select opponent" after booking the court).
• Members may book a court up to 21 days prior.
• When booking 21 days prior, the courts may only be booked from 7 am onwards.
• Off-Peak Members may use the courts at all times EXCEPT from 5 to 9 pm.

Court Booking Fees

• Each court is coin operated and costs £5 per 40 minutes.

Check-in & No-Shows

• Please check-in with the touch screen "kiosk" terminal at the club to confirm court-usage.
• You will need to know your PIN number to check-in.
• Please note that, if you do not check-in, the system will automatically assume that the court remained booked but unused, and the booking will be logged as a "no-show" against the member who booked the court.

Cancellations

• When unable to use a booked court, members should make every effort to cancel as soon as possible so that other members may use the court.

Guests

• Guests are welcome and are to be playing a current member.
• The £3 Guest Fee should be placed in the beige coloured guest box above the kitchen worktop.
• Guests can visit up to 4 times in the calendar year.
• Guests wishing to play more than 4 times in the calendar year should contact the Treasurer for a full membership application form.
