Committee Meeting & Forthcoming AGM.
Calling ALL Members.
It's nearly that time of the year when you ALL have the opportunity to have a say in running the Club, to let the Committee know when and where they may have disappointed you in what they have done or not done and how they have spent YOUR subscription monies etc.
We would be more than grateful for any feedback, it's not easy working in a vacuum.!
The Committee programmed for Monday 5th May is the last before the AGM on Wednesday 4th June, the Agenda for that meeting is attached to this newsletter.
Also attached is a blank nominations form for all posts and office holders at the AGM; ALL posts are open to competition and it provides ALL members the opportunity to nominate or persuade people to volunteer.
The Committee meets once a month, usually on the first Monday of the month; fresh faces and fresh ideas are required to motivate old fogies like me!!
