Dear Member,
Please note that the next Committee Meeting is programmed for Monday 8th May 2023.
Yes, I know that the Prime Minister has decreed that it is a Bank Holiday to celebrate the Kings Coronation but it's not mandatory and some people will have already 'celebrated' on the 6th & 7th May - so we carry on.
This will be the last Committee Meeting before the very important Annual General Meeting programmed for WEDNESDAY 14th June 20232.
I attach the draft Agenda for the meeting together with a blank nomination form for Club Officers and Committee Members etc.
This is YOUR chance to nominate the Officers and Committee members who YOU think would do a great job in managing and running the Club.
Please REMEMBER that the views of every member counts - don't lose the opportunity to have your say on any club matters.
