ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dear Committee Member,
Please find attached the draft Agenda for the forthcoming AGM on Wednesday 14th June.
Please prepare a report for your area of interest before the AGM; remember that it's a retrospective report for the past year.
If there are any matters you think should be discussed in the future, if you let me know about them by 7th June these can be discussed in Any Other Business so that the members may be advised of the topics.
Please bear in mind that we may NOT have any further information from England Squash about their proposals for affiliation changes.
At today's date I have not received any nominations for Committee or Officer posts and only one Volunteer; please let me know if you are willing [or unwilling] to continue in any role by 7th June.
