Club Championships Finals and Club Social - 25th June 2022
ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS!
The plan for the Club Championship and Social is here...things kick off at 3pm Saturday 25th June.
3pm - Super stars
The Nolan's are back, with another family friendly fitness and activity day. Pitch yourself against the "Plank Master" (Cyril the Scaffold plank). A fun day for the whole family, all ages welcome. I'm sure there is some metafit'ers out there who fancy this one.
4:30pm - Den's Diner (not Mic's BBQ as advertised)
The BBQ will be fired up for all needing to refuel after super stars and those just hungry to watch the squash and socialise. It will stay open until around 7:30pm (ish).
5pm - The Championships
The nights matches will start at 5pm. All plate finals will be played on court two and the main draw finals on court three. We have had fantastic involvement this year, with over 60 members playing across four competitions. It would be great to have some support for the finals,
so come down and cheer on the best of the club's talent!
8pm - Presentations and Ryan's Karaoke
I promise to keep "Mr Chairman" to a strict 400-word limit...and as always, Dave will be there to entertain the masses and provide the karaoke and soundtrack for the night. The karaoke always seeming to gather momentum as the fridge empties (go figure).
